For all returns or exchanges:

Items must not be worn, soiled, washed or damaged .

Items must be in original packaging .

All original tags must be attached .

You must present a valid receipt.

Return & Exchange Restrictions:

For hygienic reasons, hosiery, earrings, hair accessories and insoles are not eligible for return or exchange.

Clearance items ending in .97 and marked as Finale Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns by mail are only accepted for orders placed online.

Exchanges can only be completed in store.

Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and will be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
