Drool and Co Shipping Policy

What are your shipping options and pricing?

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $125 (pre-tax), excluding some large and heavy items furniture. Purchases under $125 are a flat rate of $10. Drool and Co only ships to the 48 contiguous states.

How fast do you ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 days. If placed over the weekend, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for order processing. Exceptions include personalized items or other special orders, such as custom gear orders. We ship from Raleigh, NC via USPS, Fedex, or UPS.

Can I expedite shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout, excluding large gear items and special orders. If you need gear shipped faster, please call us for a custom quote and we will do our best to make it happen.

Can I pick up in store?

Absolutely. Please choose this option at checkout and you will receive an email once your item is ready.

Drool and Co Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please feel free to contact us at hello@droolandco.com with questions or concerns if they cannot be answered below.

Returns of new merchandise must be made within 14 days of receipt and be pre-authorized by contacting us at hello@droolandco.com . All returned merchandise must be in the condition in which it was purchased, with the original packaging still intact. Payment will be made upon the receipt of the returned merchandise. Shipping fees will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges or can return the item(s) in store. For in-store returns, please bring the item(s) along with the receipt.

Non-returnable items include furniture, mattresses, highchairs, special orders, custom orders, and sale items. Bedding, dinnerware, and personal hygiene products that have been opened are also non-returnable. Gear items must have the box unopened with all seals intact to be eligible for return. (Gear special order items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.)
