ARTICLE 1: SHIPPING TIME

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Normal shipping time is 0 to 3 days depending on the items you ordered. Please note that some of our products are made on demand to ensure the best quality. In this case, the shipping time can be extended.

We ship your orders from our various international warehouses (based in Asia). If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouse. In case of return, you will be asked to send your order back to our shipping warehouse. Please refer to our return policy to start the return process.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible: info@shadxw.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. No order can be cancelled once it has been shipped.

Please note that to reduce your wait time and provide you with a better shopping experience, we ship each item as soon as it is ready. This means that you may receive separate shipments for different items in your order. Please note that our system sends a shipping notification only when ALL items in your order have been shipped. Therefore, even if you have not received notification that your order has been shipped, it is possible that some items have already been shipped and cannot be cancelled.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid shipping address. No refunds will be accepted if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.

ARTICLE 2: DELIVERY TIME

1 to 2 weeks for the USA and Canada. (7 to 14 working days)

1 to 2 weeks for European countries. (7 to 14 working days)

1 to 3 weeks for the rest of the world. (7 to 21 working days)

If a momentary out-of-stock condition of a product occurs, the delivery time could be a little longer. Please note that during a health crisis, your items will be delivered within a maximum of 60 days. Any item received outside this time frame will be refunded upon request.

ARTICLE 3: DUTIES AND TAXES

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, but the customs tax on international shipments can be applied depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for REFUND or EXCHANGE it for another item within 14 days of receiving your order.

If 14 days have gone after the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

NOTE: We do not provide a shipping label on returns.

Our staff will provide you with instructions to easily return your package. Please note that in case of error on your part in the return address of the package, Shadxw will not be held responsible. We invite you to read carefully the return instructions in order to ensure the proper reception of your package and guarantee your refund. Customers are required to explicitly specify which items they intend to return. If we are not informed about the items being returned, they will not be eligible for a refund. The tracking number of your parcel must be provided within the specified time period. A ny tracking number provided after the deadline, or a ny order returned after the return deadline, will not be refunded. It is the customer responsibility to ensure that the parcel is returned within the specified time period.

SEVERAL ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE:

If your items are delivered damaged, please email us at info@shadxw.com, so we can reship your order.

Please note that if an item is damaged by the customer after receipt, it will not be eligible for a refund.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
