Typically, shop orders are processed and ship within 2 business days. On occasion, during peak holidays, sales, and new product releases, our processing time may be up to 12 business days. Please note that processing time is the time spent preparing your order prior to shipment. Current processing times are always updated on individual product pages.Orders containing subscriptions will ship according to their shipping schedules outlined on their product pages. When adding other one-time items to these orders, please be advised that the one-time items will ship when the subscription ships.

Domestic orders with Standard Shipping are shipped via UPS or USPS and generally take approximately 2-3 business days to receive once shipped. We offer FREE U.S. domestic Standard Shipping for orders $90 and above. Upgraded UPS alternatives are also available. Orders selecting expedited UPS shipping options are not subject to receive FREE shipping for orders $90 and above.

International shipments are shipped via Standard or Expedited depending on selections at checkout. International shipping time frames vary based on courier. For Canada and United Kingdom, we offer FREE Standard Shipping for orders containing one-time items that total $125 USD and above. Shipping rates for orders containing a monthly subscription vary based on term chosen.

We are not responsible for lost packages that are deemed as delivered.

International Taxes:

For the convenience of our international customers, all duties and taxes for international orders are calculated and added to the total during checkout. This ensures a smooth delivery process without any additional charges or surprises upon arrival.

Refused packages are the responsibility of the customer, and not Cloth & Paper.

Returns and exchanges may be initiated through our Returns Portal within 30 days of the purchase date.

If you elected for Returns & Package Protection at checkout, there is no cost for your return or exchange. For US orders where Returns & Package Protection was waived, a flat return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund or store credit. For international returns, return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer.

Orders placed on other platforms such as TikTok and Amazon must be returned through the platform where originally purchased.

Once a return or exchange is initiated, products must be shipped back within 7 days. All returns are accepted at the discretion of Cloth & Paper. Please ensure your return is packaged so that it arrives undamaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, you may submit a return or exchange request through the portal. You will be asked to provide details and photos for our team to review. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and will reach out if we have any questions. There is no return shipping fee for items confirmed as damaged or defective.

IMPORTANT: If your order included a Gift With Purchase and your return disqualifies the order from gift eligibility, we ask that you return the gift as well. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To start a withdrawal, use our Returns Portal and follow the steps to submit your request. You will receive an email confirming that we have received it.

Return shipping for EU withdrawals is arranged and paid by the customer. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items, or within 14 days of the date you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. This right is separate from and in addition to the standard return options described above, and is not subject to our discretionary acceptance.
