We proudly ship to APO and FPO addresses to support our military customers. Please note that delivery times may be longer due to military mail processing.

For guaranteed delivery dates, select Expedited (2-Day) or Express (1-Day) shipping at checkout. These services typically do not deliver on weekends. For Saturday expedited delivery, please contact us at support@tacticalbabygear.com for an individual quote.

Once shipped to the provided address, Express (1-Day), Expedited (2-Day), and Oversized shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, log in via the “Login” link on our website to track your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details within 24–48 hours.

Important: Delays caused by weather or other uncontrollable events do not qualify for shipping refunds on expedited shipping methods.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Tactical Baby Gear product for any reason, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items purchased from our website, within 90 days of the date of purchase. There are NO restocking fees but return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Items sent in for return or exchange must be in perfect, un-used condition with original tags attached and the non-woven bags included. Because our products come in contact with small children, used items are not accepted for return or exchange. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and do not guarantee a refund. All Returns and Exchanges must be received at Tactical Baby Gear's facility within 30 days of authorization. Returns received outside of our 90 day return window are eligible for store credit only. Tactical Baby Gear is not responsible for items lost in transit or damaged during the return shipping process.

For International returns or exchanges (outside of the USA) please email us at Support@tacticalbabygear.com for detailed return instructions and an RMA number.

Return for Refund – If you would like to return for a refund, we can provide refunds to the original purchaser only, within 90 days of the purchase date. All refunds are less any shipping costs paid on the original order and a small return shipping fee may apply.

Exchange / Return for Store Credit – If you would like to Exchange a TBG product, we can provide a TBG store credit, within 90 days of the purchase date. Store credits are less any shipping costs paid on the original order.

Gift Return / Exchange – If you received a TBG product as a gift, we are happy to accept exchanges for store credit within 90 days of the purchase date (refunds may only be issued to the original purchaser.) If the order number is not available, you will be prompted to provide the name/email address of the purchaser (proof of purchase on Tacticalbabygear.com is require to process gift exchanges/returns) but please note that we do not contact the original purchaser.
