If your item is defective, please send us an image via email to tacticalprosupply@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase (arrival date) and we will exchange it for you.

All exchanges or returns requests must be informed within 7 days of receiving goods. Any requests received after 7 days will not be accepted. All exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition with receipt in the package.

We will only refund shipping charges if we discover that we were responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective.
