International shippingWe ship worldwide via UPS Worldwide Express or DHL Express with tracking. International shipping is quoted at checkout based on weight, dimensional volume, and destination. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country.

Pre-order and backorder itemsMany of the boutique and made-to-order products we carry; including SW1X, Voxativ, Spirit Torino, Wolf Von Langa, Fern and Roby, Kuzma, MASS-Kobo, and certain Chord, Audeze, and HiFiMan flagships, are built to order. Typical lead times range from 2 to 12 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Expected lead time is shown on each product page where applicable. If the actual lead time changes after you order, we will email you with the updated estimate.

Authorized dealer guaranteeEvery product we ship is brand-new in factory-sealed packaging from an authorized distribution channel, including the full manufacturer warranty. We never sell gray-market or refurbished gear unless the listing explicitly states "Demo Unit," "Open Box," or "Pre-Owned."

We have a 30-day return policy on headphones and source equipment only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Cables and other custom ordered items are no-return, no refund, lifetime repair warranty.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at info@mimic-audio.com . If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
