Canada

Orders over $200 ship at a $50 flat rate. Orders under $200 are charged standard shipping rates.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Yes, we ship to non-contiguous states and US territories at a reduced USPS rate. Please note that USPS does not allow us to ship orders weighing over 40 lbs. to these areas.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order didn't meet your expectations, we'd like to hear from you. In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo showing the issue. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned product. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or financial institution.

Returns for Unused Products

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected.

New Membership Purchase

New memberships are non-refundable. You may have received gifts with the purchase of your membership. In such cases, the gift cannot be exchanged.

Existing Membership Cancellation

For existing memberships, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You have a 14-day grace period after auto-renewal to request a full refund in the event you didn't use the membership during the grace period.

Please allow 3-5 business days for all refunds. If you have not yet received your refund after 5 business days, please first recheck your bank account and then contact us.
