Shipping Times

We dispatch most orders within 24 hours, however during peak period this may be slightly longer.

Some of our products are sold "Online Only" and are shipped directly from our warehouse and therefore may not be available to view in our retail store. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it may take up to 5 days to complete your order.

We will always let you know via email if your order is delayed and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder.

Delivery signature : Please note that Couriers require a signature on delivery, or an Authority to Leave so, please use a shipping address where someone will be able to receive your parcel during business hours.

Parcels shipped with Australia Post will be left at your local Post Office for pickup if no one is available to receive it on the first delivery attempt.

In-Store Collection

If you wish to collect your order from Skate Society, please wait until you have received notification that your order is ready for collection. At times there may be minor delays waiting for stock in transit or if you have ordered a product which isn't normally available at our retail shop.

Please be sure to bring your order confirmation and identification, as orders will not be fulfilled without this. If you wish to nominate someone else to collect your order on your behalf they will need to bring the order confirmation and identification. We may also need to contact you prior to releasing your order.

Orders for collection will be kept for 30 days from the date the order was placed. After 30 days you order will be cancelled and the balance placed onto a gift card (this excludes custom and special orders).

We ship internationally to most locations in the world via Australia Post, offering both standard and express options. For up to date shipping estimates, please visit Australia Post . Please note that International delivery times can vary and is completely out of our control. Please allow extra time for parcels to clear customs.

Local custom conditions and costs: Customers are responsible for paying any local customs fee and charges. We ask you to please be aware of the custom conditions and costs for your country, as it isn't possible for us to be aware of every countries conditions and charges. Doesn't suit you? Incorrect size? Changed your mind? You can exchange or receive a store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping is covered by the customer. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging if returning to us. To exchange an item, please email us at hello@skatesociety.com.au
