All orders are shipped with DHL. All shipments are sent securely with track and trace. Shipping costs remain the same when ordering multiple items. We do not ship to a P.O. box. Please provide a physical address.

The costs of returning items are paid by the customer. Returned products must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original unopened packaging with its original packing slip. Goods in transfer are the responsibility of the sender so we advise you to use a Track and Trace service while returning your item/s. After receiving and accepting the returned products we will refund the total purchase price to you within 14 business days.
