Shipping within the US is through the USPS by media mail. Media mail in the US is $5.00 and standard delivery time is 5-10 business days (up to 2 weeks total). We do not currently ship outside of the US.

Payment Methods When placing an order online or by phone, you may use the following payment methods: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards. We cannot accept checks, cash, money orders or COD as payment online. We only accept credit cards issued from the United States. Payments are processed in USD as currency.* Return & Exchanges If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item's purchase price. Returned items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Media products (Audio CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, etc.) must be in their original, unopened factory shinkwrap (where applicable). Returned apparel cannot have been worn or washed, and tags cannot have been cut or removed. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A damaged or defective item can only be replaced for the same item, if available. If there is a problem with your shipment that may be able to be solved without sending back an item, please contact our Returns Department HERE . If you are returning for exchange, please allow 10-14 business days after we receive your return for us to process and ship your replacement order. If you are returning for refund, any monies due to you are typically processed and applied to your debit/credit card account within 7 business days. Depending on your bank/credit card company, it may take up to two weeks after your credit is processed for it to post to your account.
