Returns H2O Audio wants you to perform at your peak. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, take a look at our Return Warranty and Refund Policies below. Then follow these simple steps.

RETURN WARRANTY POLICY

If there is an issue with the H2O Audio products that falls under the H2O Audio limited time Warranty.

Only purchases after September 19th 2015 will be warrantied by H2O Audio. H2O Audio brand ownership was transferred and we will not be able to warranty any products sold by X-1 Audio, Inc. or X-1 Audio, Inc's retailers. All Return Warranty items must be sent in within 1 year of purchased date. All Return Warranties must have an RMA #. All Returns Warranties must have their RMA # written on the outside of the package or it will be sent back to sender COD. Warranty Replacement item(s) will be sent out within 5-10 business days of receiving your approved Return. Replacement items will be shipped to you (ground) at no charge however you can upgrade your shipping and pay the difference. Simple steps to a Return Warranty:

To receive a refund, returned items must be purchased from the H2O Audio online store after September 19th 2015.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchased date to receive a product refund. Items returned in original unopened condition will receive a full refund Shipping charges on returned items are not refundable unless the return is due to our error (i.e., incorrect product) Items returned that were purchased with, all or part of a gift certificate will be refunded as H2O Audio store credit for use on a future purchase.
