Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days .

Orders placed after 5 PM may ship the next business day .

Occasionally, processing may take longer due to handmade production or supplier delays.

If that happens, we’ll do our best to let you know.

Shipping Origin

Most items ship from our office in Rochester, NY .

Some instruments may ship directly from our trusted partners (drop shipping).

These items may be dispatched from other locations depending on the maker and product.

Shipping & Delivery Carriers

We ship using UPS, USPS, and DHL .

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Domestic (USA): 1–5 business days (typically)

International: Varies by destination

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected during high-volume seasons.

International Orders

International shipping rates are estimated at checkout .

Additional shipping charges may apply in some cases.

You can choose to proceed or request cancellation before shipment if supplemental fees are required.

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address & Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout .

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier , responsibility passes to the recipient.

For delivery issues or missing packages marked as delivered, contacting the carrier directly is usually the best first step.

Backorders & Seasonal Delays

Some instruments may be temporarily unavailable or take longer to ship due to handmade production or seasonal demand.

During high-volume periods, delays can occur — we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Free Shipping & Returns

Free shipping offers apply to you as the customer — we cover the cost.

If an order with free shipping is returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable , including on returned or undeliverable orders.

Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Resonance Window

If an instrument does not harmonize with your practice, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery .

To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in as-new condition

(no signs of wear, mallet marks, or skin oils)

Complete, including original packaging and accessories

Authorized prior to return (please contact us before shipping)

Store Credit (Recommended)

100% of the purchase price (excluding shipping) issued as store credit

No restocking fee

Ideal for selecting a more suitable instrument

Refund

Refunded to the original payment method

A 15% restocking fee applies

Some partner brands may require a higher restocking fee (confirmed during authorization)

Non-Returnable Items

Sale, discounted, or AS-IS items

Custom-ordered or special-edition instruments

Instruments used extensively or in professional healing sessions

Sets with missing, opened, or incomplete components

Shipping & Handling

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For free shipping orders, outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the final credit or refund

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

We recommend using insured, trackable shipping

(we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit)

Damaged Arrivals

If your instrument arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the damage

Photos of the original packaging

This allows us to prioritize resolution or replacement.

Price Adjustments

We are unable to offer price adjustments for items purchased prior to a sale.
