Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? No problem. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. How to cancel: Call us at +44-7751-440-154 or email support@caseles.com . *Note: After 24 hours, orders move to our workshop for processing and cannot be canceled.

60-Day Return Policy

•Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the order date.

•Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

•To start a return: Email support@caseles.com with your tracking number and a photo of the item. We’ll confirm your request within 72 hours (working days).

•Refunds appear on your account within 3–5 business days after approval.

•*Final Sale items and original shipping charges are non-refundable. International orders (including Canada) do not receive prepaid labels.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We process exchanges within 2-3 business days of receiving your item. One exchange per order allowed.
