Refund policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, and subsequently a full refund, it is essential that you first accept the delivery of the products. Refunds can only be processed once the items are returned to our designated return address, which necessitates initial acceptance of the delivered package. Please note that refusing delivery will not qualify for a refund. Your item must be sent back in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
