Order Processing

UK orders placed before 4pm (GMT), Sunday to Friday, are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm are processed and dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday, on Saturday, or on UK bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

EU orders placed before 12pm CET, Monday to Friday, are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm CET, at weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Taxes and duties

All applicable taxes and duties are included in the price for orders delivered within the UK and selected EU countries (see exclusions below).

Orders being shipped outside of these territories are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. This includes, but is not limited to, the countries listed below.

If your order is shipped DDU, local customs authorities may require you to pay import taxes, duties, or handling fees before your delivery can be released. These charges are set by your local authorities and are not included in your order total. Unfortunately, we’re unable to advise on or take responsibility for these costs. For more details, we recommend contacting your local customs office or postal service.

International Delivery

Orders to other international destinations are shipped via Evri International. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and this will vary depending on the destination and the weight/dimensions of the order. Orders normally arrive within 4-16 days.

Orders over 2kg may be shipped in more than one parcel due to courier weight limits. Depending on your destination, your local customs authority may charge import duties and taxes, and these can apply to each parcel separately. Any such charges are set and collected by your local authority, are outside Bouclème's control, and are the recipient's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.

Order Delays

Please note, we cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery that are outside of our control including industrial action, severe weather conditions or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. We endeavour to make our customers aware should a situation arise and to know when to expect delays.

30 Day Guarantee

Your satisfaction is of great value to us, so we offer a 30-day guarantee returns policy on our standard products. If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, simply email us at info@boucleme.co.uk to initiate the return process.

Guarantee valid 30 days from purchase, may only be used once per product and once per order.

30 Day Guarantee only applies to standard size bottles (generally 250ml or 300ml) but also includes: Colour Toning Drops 30ml, Dry Scalp Serum 30ml, Foaming Dry Shampoo 100ml, Revive 5 Glow 100ml, Protein Booster 30ml, Revive 5 Hair Oil 100ml, Root Refresh 200ml.

Kits and Sets, Travel Sizes (100ml or under), Grande Sizes (1 Litre), Accessories and Samples are not eligible for return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable: Detangling Wet Brush, Silk Scrunchies, Tote Bags, Wide Tooth Comb, Scalp Massager, and 1 Litre Lotion Pump.

Other accessories, including the Silk Lined Cashmere Blend Beanie, Silk Envelope Pillowcase, Silk Turban, Curl Towel, Preen Scarf and Mist Spray Bottle, may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

This guarantee is valid for customers purchasing on www.boucleme.co.uk and is not valid for purchasers from our retail partners or wholesale clients.

Free UK Returns

We will supply you with a shipping label to return the items free of charge.

Returns in Europe

The 30 Day Guarantee applies in Europe; however, customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs, which may vary depending on their country.

Defects, Incomplete Orders or Incorrect Delivery

If there is something wrong with the order you have received, please email info@boucleme.co.uk with your order details, a description of the issue and a photograph of your delivery.

We are a small business and each order is packed with care. Mistake orders result in unnecessary environmental and operational impact — please take a moment to review your order carefully before placing it.

We reserve the right to refuse free returns for cases of accidental or incorrect orders and will review all requests individually.

If products are returned to us by the courier, as a result of failure to collect/receive the parcel (not available for delivery) or an invalid or incorrect delivery address, a refund will be given for the goods minus the return shipping costs. If the order qualifies for free shipping we will deduct this additional cost.

A £4/6€ handling fee will also be deducted to cover restocking. Refusing to receive a parcel or not picking it up at the delivery point will not be accepted as annulled.
