We do not accommodate refunds for sizing chosen by customers. We ask that customers use our size charts to accurately determine your size before ordering.

We do not accommodate refunds for products that track and show as delivered. Customers will need to file a claim with USPS.

If a customer product is delivered to an incorrect address because of customer input error, refund will not be given.

Boujee Hippie is not liable for orders that are placed incorrectly on the website and refund/exchange is not due in these circumstances.

Website order errors are the sole responsibility of the customer and no compensation will be given in these instances.
