We process and ship orders quickly from our U.S. studio. Most orders placed by 12:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) ship the same business day; otherwise within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping Methods & Rates

•Carriers: USPS, UPS (selected at checkout). If a method isn’t selected, we’ll choose a cost-efficient option with tracking and insurance.

Free Shipping: Orders $100+ ship free within the U.S. (after discounts, before tax).

•Expedited options (when available) are shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

•You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

•Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after label creation.

Shipping Area

•We currently ship to U.S. addresses (including PO Boxes via USPS).

•We do not ship internationally at this time.

Address Accuracy & Changes

•Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address entered at purchase.

•If you made an error, contact us immediately. We can correct addresses only before the order ships.

Delivery Timing & Exceptions

•No shipments on Sundays or U.S. federal holidays.

•Weather, carrier network issues, or peak seasons can cause delays outside our control.

High-Value Orders & Signature

•For select high-value shipments, we may add signature on delivery for security. You’ll be notified if applicable.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

•All shipments include tracking and insurance. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery) with photos of the package, label, and item (if damaged).

•We’ll help file a carrier claim and work toward a replacement or resolution per our Refund & Return Policy.

We Promise

We are a proud, women-owned small business based in the USA. Every single item ships directly from our in-stock inventory and is hand-inspected for quality and measurements before it leaves our studio. Your satisfaction matters to us—if something is off, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return authorization. After 15 days from the date you received your package, we cannot process any returns or exchanges.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be in brand-new condition:

•Unworn, unwashed, and unchanged.

•Free from odors, makeup, deodorant stains, and pet hair.

•All original tags should remain attached, and the packaging must be intact.

Authorization: Returns sent back without a prior RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) approval via email will not be accepted.

3. Refunds vs. Store Credit (Please Read)

As a small business, we handle returns differently based on the reason:

Defective or Wrong Item: If we made a mistake (sent the wrong size/item or it arrived damaged), we will issue a Full Refund to your original payment method.

Fit or Change of Mind: If the item doesn't fit or you have changed your mind, we will issue Store Credit for the item's value. Store credit never expires and can be used to find something you love!

4. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit:

•Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased from the "Clearance" section.

•Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., swimsuits, bodysuits, undergarments).

•Digital downloads or Gift Cards.

•Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Error: We cover the cost! We will email you a prepaid return label.

Fit/Preference: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. How to Start a Return

Email Us: Contact us at info@wildtimefashion.com within 15 days of delivery.

Include Details: Please provide your #Order Number , name of the item, and the reason for the return. (If the item is found defective, please attach a clear photo of that issue.)

Please wait for Approval: We will review your request within 24 hours. If approved, we will reply with your RMA number and return instructions.

Ship It: Please ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval using a trackable shipping service.

7. Refunds & Processing Time

Inspections: Once we receive your return, please allow us 3–5 business days for our team to inspect and process the item.

Notifications: We will email you once your return is approved.

Store Credit: Issued immediately via email code.

Refunds: If eligible for a monetary refund, please allow your bank up to 14 business days to post the funds to your account.

8. Exchanges

Because our inventory moves fast, we do not offer direct exchanges.

The Best Way: If you need a different size, please return your current item for Store Credit and use that credit to purchase the new size. This ensures you get the item before it sells out!

9. Damaged in Transit

All our shipments are insured via USPS/UPS. If your package arrives crushed or damaged:

•Keep all packaging (outer box, shipping label, and inner packing).

•Take photos of the damage.

•Please email us immediately so we can file a claim on your behalf and get you a replacement.

10. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for (and cannot replace) orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
