At First SQUAT , we strive to deliver your premium gymwear quickly and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand delivery times, costs, and responsibilities.

1. Domestic Shipping (Within UAE)

All orders are delivered within 2-3 business days , Monday to Saturday. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays .

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days | AED 15

Free Shipping: Orders above AED 300 | 1-2 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather or courier disruptions.

Important Restrictions:

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or out-of-service areas .

In compliance with UAE law, First SQUAT will not ship to countries subject to OFAC sanctions .

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours.

2. GCC Shipping (Kuwait, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain)

We offer delivery to select GCC countries with estimated delivery times of 4-6 business days . Shipping rates vary by country and order volume:

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express . Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days .

Free International Shipping: Orders above USD 150

Orders below USD 150 will incur shipping charges based on destination and weight, calculated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.

Duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer .

4. Damages & Lost Shipments

First SQUAT takes care to package your order securely; however, we are not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping .

If your order arrives damaged:

Retain all packaging materials and the damaged product.

Contact the courier immediately to file a claim.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY - First SQUAT

At First SQUAT , every product is designed with precision and tested for quality to ensure you receive only the best gymwear. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist — within clear and fair limits that protect both our customers and our brand.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

With tags attached and original packaging intact

Free from any signs of wear, stains, sweat, or damage

Please Note:

Items without tags, worn items, or washed products will not be accepted.

Innerwear, socks, and accessories are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

We strongly recommend you try on your items without removing the tags to ensure fit before making a final decision.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please attach your order receipt and contact our support team via email or social media to submit your request.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item , please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to change the size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or store credit , as applicable. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note:

Shipping fees and promotional discounts are non-refundable .

In cases where the item was purchased during a promotional offer or discount campaign, refunds will be adjusted to reflect the final amount paid .

6. Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request if:

The item is not in its original condition

The tag is removed or packaging is missing

The return is requested after the 7-day window

The product was bought during a final sale , flash sale , or clearance offer

7. Final Sale & Clearance Items

All items purchased under “Final Sale” or discount campaigns (including challenge giveaways, discount codes, or limited drops) are not eligible for return or refund , except in cases of confirmed defect or incorrect delivery.

First SQUAT reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be effective upon posting on our official website.
