Shipping is only available within Canada and the USA. Order processing times may be separate from shipping times you see in the checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Orders are shipped from Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.

All shipping within Canada is $20.00 plus applicable taxes and is done via Canada Post (includes tracking).

Estimated shipping times and delivery standards may vary depending on the area, city, and carrier services.

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at any Fast Time Location in Ontario

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 7 to 10 business days. We will contact you via phone call or email ( fasttimesupport@fewltd.com ) with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day your order arrives and following instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours depend on each store’s business hours (see stores business hours here). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number, if applicable, you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7-14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fasttimesupport@fewltd.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept refunds, returns, or exchanges up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

You can return or exchange your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at fasttimesupport@fewltd.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy: Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging, with no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Email us at fasttimesupport@fewltd.com

•Print the refund email. Fast Time will make a refund purchase order.

•Ship back the item to Fast Time at 120 Newkirk Rd. Unit #6, Richmond Hill, Ontario (L4C 9S7)

•An exchange/credit or refund will be processed once the item is received in re-sellable condition.

1. How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit?

About 3 to 5 business days.

2. Are there any shipping fees the customer will need to pay?

Yes, for returns, exchanges, or refunds, the customer is responsible to ship the product back.

3. Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay?
