We use a mix of USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and international carrier services that have a tracking numbers. If you choose the cheaper shipping policy at checkout (please read very carefully what you are choosing) that does not have a tracking number, then one should not be provided in that instance. Please allow several business days to process your order. We will do everything we can to get them out in a timely manner. If you have a strict shipping deadline please use the chat button feature on this website to ask before you make a purchase. Many of the collective vendors we carry ship from their own stores or warehouses to lower shipping costs and expedite orders from all across the USA. If you have multiple brands in your cart at checkout they will most likely be shipped to you in different packages with different tacking numbers. All those tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as they are generated. Please note that just because the shipping label is generated and emailed to you, does not mean that it has been picked up or dropped off with the carrier yet.

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after your order is marked as delivered by the carrier to request a return. Sale items are not able to be returned. Seasonal items, Homegoods, swimwear, underwear, socks and hair accessories (including hair gel) are not able to be returned or exchanged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please remit your tracking number to us as soon as you mail your package back to us. After receiving your message we will provide you with a return address for shipping.If your return is accepted, you will need to purchase a return shipping label. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and underwear). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
