US Shipping Policy

•We ship via USPS on the next business day after receiving an order. We are closed on weekends and federal holidays. The buyer will receive an email with a tracking number once the order has shipped.

•Standard shipping prices for pre-made grillz and jewelry are as follows:

•USPS Ground Advantage - 3-5 days $4.99

•USPS Priority - 2-3 days $8.99

•USPS Express - 1-3 days $39.99

•The buyer must provide a valid shipping address. Packages that are returned back to us due to an invalid address can be reshipped at customers’ expense or refunded less the shipping charges.

Custom Grillz Orders: Your finished grillz ship for a flat $9.99, free on orders over $400, and typically arrive within 2-4 business days once complete. Production typically takes 3-5 weeks from the time production begins on your usable molds, varying by style. Depending on your region and order value, we ship via USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail) or FedEx, whichever delivers your piece safely and on time. If your order includes a mold kit, it ships separately so you can take your impressions right away. If you chose to send your own molds, we'll email your prepaid return label within one business day.

International Shipping Policy:

•You can view our most updated international shipping quotes during checkout or contact us for more information.

•Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other regional charges and are not included in our shipping charge.

•Packages returned back to us due to non-payment of import duties can be reshipped at customers’ expense or refunded less the shipping charges.

•We currently offer international shipping for custom-fit grillz to US APOs/FPOs, as well as the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Depending on what you ordered, you can expect the following:

Custom Grillz - If your order includes a mold kit, we ship it within 1 business day.

Custom Pendants - We will send a shipment confirmation, but the package will not be shipped for 6-8 weeks to allow for production.

Custom Jewelry - We will send a shipment confirmation, but the package will not be shipped until production is finished, which varies from design to design.

Pre-made Jewelry - We will send your order out within 1 business day.

A Mix - We will ship out the physical products within 1 business day and then send a second package with your custom jewelry if ordered. (If you ordered a chain with a custom pendant, we will hold the chain until the pendant is completed.)

To Start a Return

Custom Grillz (Made to Order):

•Customers are responsible for providing us with a good mold impression. Our grillz are custom made to exactly fit the impressions we receive.

•Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date, provided production has not started. Orders older than 60 days are no longer eligible for refunds and will only qualify for store credit.

•If you chose to cancel your order before sending back your molds, you will be refunded minus the shipping fee paid (if any) and the $30 mold kit fee (if you paid for mold kits).

•If you chose to cancel your order after sending back your mold impressions, there is a 20% cancellation fee deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

•If we do not receive usable mold impressions within 60 days of the order date, the order will no longer qualify for a refund and will only qualify for store credit. Additional charges may apply due to material price changes.

•If you have any concerns about your order or a charge, please contact us at support@customgoldgrillz.com before filing a payment dispute. We're always happy to work with you to make it right.

•Missing teeth: If your mold impressions show one or more missing teeth, an additional fee of $25 per missing tooth applies to build and shape your grillz so they follow a natural tooth line. We confirm the number of missing teeth and the total after reviewing your molds, and contact you before production begins. This fee is non-refundable once production starts.

All sales on custom-fitted grillz are final once we begin production. Upon receiving the completed custom grill, you have seven days to notify us of any fitting issues or defects. We provide one free adjustment within this period. Additional adjustments will incur a $70 fee, which includes another mold kit sent to you with shipping and insurance.

Custom Jewelry (Made to Order):

•For custom designs, there is a non-refundable $300 deposit as a design fee that will apply towards the total purchase amount.

•Once the final design is confirmed by you, there are no returns or refunds on custom jewelry.

•For custom jewelry, if you choose to cancel your order prior to production, there is a 20% cancellation fee deducted from your refund.

•All sales on custom jewelry are final once we begin production.

Pre-Made Grillz and Jewelry:

•Pre-made items may qualify for a refund or replacement if the item is defective and reported within 30 days of delivery. If the request is made after 30 days but within 60 days of purchase, the item may qualify for a replacement only (no refunds). Orders older than 60 days are no longer eligible for refunds, replacements, or any additional compensation.

•The products must be returned in new, resalable condition with all original packaging materials. We cannot accept returns on any used, damaged, or altered items.

•For defective items, we will provide a prepaid return label. For non-defective returns, you are responsible for return shipping. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Pre-made grillz that have been worn or used are not eligible for return. There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

•Once we receive your qualified return, we will initiate a refund back to the original payment method within two business days. Depending on your payment method, funds may take 3-5 business days to process.
