•Products must be unused, with original tags, labels and packaging, and must be accompanied by the original receipt.

•Items will be exchanged at the customer’s invoice price.No exchange on fragrances, undergarments, jewelry, and accessories.

•Returns/exchanges must be made in the same market/region where the purchase was made.

•Items purchased from retail stores cannot be exchanged or returned online.

Returns (Online Orders Only)

•A £8 flat rate will be charged for return shipping.

•Pack the item securely with original labels, tags, and packaging.

•You may return your parcel at any authorized drop-off or pickup point.

•Once the parcel is received at our facility, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided.

Refunds for Online ReturnsRefunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

•If your return was sent via a carrier, it will be processed within 72 hours of arrival at our facility.

•You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.

•Refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
