•Furniture pieces may not fit in your vehicle. Please call ahead for carton dimensions.

•Bring tie-down straps, blankets, and weather protection.

•We are happy to help load items into your vehicle.

•We cannot help with tying items to roof racks or cargo tops.

•We are not responsible for making sure items are safely secured.

•We are not responsible for damage caused during transport.

shipping information:

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.

We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping on orders under $75. Eligible $75+ orders ship FREE nationwide. Exclusions apply to oversized items, gently used items, custom orders, and freight shipments.

additional shipping details:

•Orders are proudly packed with recycled materials.

•Orders ship complete when possible, but may ship from separate stores.

•Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer.

•Some oversized or specialty items may have specific shipping rates listed on the product page.

•If there's an inventory issue, we will ask if you'd like to cancel, modify, or wait.

•We do not ship large gently used gear.

local delivery:

Local delivery is available on select items for an additional fee. We will deliver through a first floor entryway only. Stair carries, assembly, and packaging removal are not included.

new retail returns & refunds

New retail items may be returned within 30 days. Items must be unopened, unused, and with original packaging intact. Registry gifts may be returned within 90 days of the registry event date.

A receipt is required to issue a refund to the original form of payment. All returned gifts are refunded to store credit.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, though we can reduce the cost by generating your return label and deducting it from your refund. Orders that originally qualified for free shipping will have actual shipping costs deducted from any approved refund.

New retail returns and exchanges may also be made in-store upon approval.

restocking fees

Items that retail for $199+ are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the order originally shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund.

pre-order & made-to-order items

Pre-order and made-to-order items are non-returnable. Pre-order and made-to-order purchases may be canceled within 24 hours for a 5% cancellation fee. After 24 hours, the item(s) are in production, so orders may not be canceled or refunded.

sale items

Sale items are final sale.

used retail items

All used items, including marketplace, portal, consignment, bundles, and gently used carriers and cloth diapers are final sale, though you are welcome to sell them back to us.

defective items
