Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Live plants and certain specialty items may need additional preparation before shipment. If an order includes products with different fulfillment times, items may arrive in separate packages.

Estimated delivery

Transit time begins after an order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Delivery time varies by destination, carrier, product type, weather, and other conditions outside our control. International standard delivery may take approximately 15 to 30 business days after processing. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges and promotions

Available shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Orders may qualify for free shipping when the current cart threshold or promotion shown on our website is met. Any applicable terms will appear at checkout.

Tracking your order

When tracking is available, we will email the tracking number after the order ships. Carrier scans can take time to appear. If an order has multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Address changes

Please review the shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment, and we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Delayed, missing, or damaged packages

If tracking shows a delay, follow the carrier updates first. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery area, household members, and neighbors, then contact the carrier. For a damaged package or an unresolved delivery issue, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos when applicable so we can review the situation.

Live plants and seeds

Please open plant and seed shipments promptly after delivery and follow any care or planting information on the product page. Live plants naturally vary in size, color, and shape. Weather and growing conditions can affect plant condition and seed performance, so we do not guarantee germination, harvest, or specific growth results unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

We want you to understand the return process before you buy. The Crafted Shop accepts eligible return requests made within 14 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

Contact us before sending anything back. Return addresses can vary by product, so we will provide the correct instructions after reviewing your request. Items sent without prior authorization, or sent to the manufacturer, may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not discard the item or packaging until we complete our review.

Live plants and seeds

Live plants naturally vary in shape, color, and size. Seed germination and plant growth depend on handling, climate, soil, water, and other conditions outside our control. If a plant or seed order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the order based on the product listing and delivery evidence.

Sale items

Items purchased during a promotional or clearance sale are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation, but cancellation is not guaranteed after an order has been submitted or entered fulfillment.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return label is provided and its cost is your responsibility, that amount may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will email you with the approval or rejection decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 3 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Late or missing refunds

If an approved refund has not appeared, first check your bank account and contact your card issuer or payment provider. If it is still missing after their stated processing period, contact us.
