At Oasis Select, we want to ensure your shopping experience is seamless from checkout to delivery. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing TimeAll orders are estimated to be processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery EstimatesShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following transit options for domestic shipments within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: estimated 7–14 business days (Free for orders over $74.99, or a flat rate of $9.99).

*Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volumes or severe weather.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order TrackingYou will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become available within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Damages & IssuesOasis Select is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your package goes missing, please contact our support team directly at support@oasis-select.com within 7 days of your delivery date so we can arrange a replacement or complete refund. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. International Shipping PolicyWe currently offer domestic shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@oasis-select.com . Return shipping is paid by you, the customer — see “Return shipping costs” below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom or personalized products (such as special orders), and personal care, beauty or grooming items that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons. Personal care and beauty items that are still unopened and in their original sealed packaging can be returned under the 30-day policy above. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Gift cards are non-returnable. Discounted, clearance and marked-down items are returnable on exactly the same terms as any other item.

Return shipping costs Return shipping is paid by the customer. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and the original shipping charge on your order is non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.The one exception is when the return is our fault: if your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover the cost of returning it and you will not be out of pocket.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@oasis-select.com.
