Shipping We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states). We don't ship internationally yet. Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Refund policy If a piece isn't right, you can return most items within   30 days of delivery . What qualifies Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and in resellable shape. Gift cards, clearance/final-sale items, and personalized pieces can't be returned. How to start a return Email   sales@casaventi.com   with your order number and the reason for the return   before   sending anything back, and we'll send return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization can't be processed. Return shipping & refunds For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping; the original shipping charge (if any) isn't refunded. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Damaged, defective, or wrong item That's on us.
