We work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products. Our suppliers typically ship products directly to you within 1-3 days of receiving an order. From that point it takes 10-20 days for items to arrive on your doorstep.

Our product pricing includes FREE SHIPPING. This is for standard shipping rates which have been negotiated with our suppliers. If you require an item urgently please contact us and we’ll see if there is a faster method available. We’ll then advise you of the expected time for delivery and any additional cost which may apply.

ReturnsWe hope you never wish to return a product, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us with your request. Please email us at info@elegantquirky.com

In the interests of sustainability, instead of returning the item we will generally provide you with a full refund. Returns run counter to conserving the environment as every return has a carbon footprint.

To be eligible for a refund, we require a photo of the item, tell us what went wrong and we’ll reimburse you. Please also include your full name and mailing address, plus the receipt or proof of purchase.

Then, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

ExchangesWe do not offer exchanges. Please make your selections carefully so that you order the correct item. If for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll work with you to provide a suitable solution.

Refunds Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@elegantquirky.com

Mindful ShoppingPlease be mindful when adding items to your cart. Read all the product descriptions, sizes, colours and take your time when making your selections. Check that you've given us the correct address and email (no typo's). We value your order and the last thing we want is for you to receive the wrong item, or not receive it at all.
