Shipping Shipping We only offer shipping in Puerto Rico. As a result, all items purchased will have Sales and Use Tax (IVU) added at the final stage of checkout. Orders will begin processing the next business day pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization. Shipping is available Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Most merchandise is shipped via Island Wide or USPS. Actual shipping time can take up to 7 business days. Oversized orders may be charged additional shipping fees. Refund policy Return & Exchange Policy At Baby’s Planet, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase. Simply follow the guidelines below: Unused items in their original packaging may be returned for a store credit within 14 days with a receipt. No returns or exchanges will be authorized without a receipt. Custom made items, as well as furniture, special orders, items marked FINAL SALE, swimwear, intimate apparel and colognes may not be returned or exchanged. Special Orders may only be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. We recognize that returns are important to our customers.
