Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with it. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN PERIOD: The return period is 14 days, during which the customer may return their order without giving any reason. These 14 days begin from the date of receipt of the order. Please note that the return must be sent within this 14-day period.

RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned unused and unwashed, in resalable condition and with original tags. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return your order and opt for a refund.

Refund to Original Payment Method: If you choose to receive your refund via your original payment method, the process usually takes 7 to 10 business days. After your return arrives at our warehouse, we process it within 10 business days. You can track your return using the tracking information provided with your shipment. Once the refund is issued, you will receive an email notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. Our team will assess your request and choose the best solution.

Any used or damaged returned item that has not been previously reported to our customer service team will be rejected, the return will be voided, and the product will be destroyed.

RETURN COSTS: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, depending on the carrier and the country of origin of the return.

Please note that we are not responsible for paying any customs fees (import taxes or duties) on returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Be sure to keep the shipping receipt until your order is returned to our warehouse.
