Applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your return. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, size and weight of the item and selected return method. •Delivery service upgrades (assembly, room of choice)

Note: If an order is returned to us because you refused delivery, we will charge the appropriate return costs and they will be deducted from your refund.

•To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.

•We will process the refund once we receive the product back in our distribution center and verify that it meets our refund policy criteria.

•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account. The timing of your refund is dependent on your refund method (e.g. store credit vs. credit card , etc.)

•Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product was defective or damaged.

•Please note that we do not offer refunds for customized or personalized products, final sale items, or items marked as non-refundable.
