-For in stock items, your items will be prepped and shipped within 3 business days.

-For items to be ordered, your sales person will provide an eta for the items to arrive to us. Once we have them from the manufacturer, we will prep and ship within 3 business days.

-Once your items have been provided to the shipper, they will reach out to you to schedule your delivery appointment. Transit time can vary from 5-10 business days depending on location.

-Shipped orders will ship in the manufacturers packaging to your front door. You are responsible for bringing the items inside and unpacking. Check with the store to verify assembly requirements before placing your order. Most items require none to minimal assembly and some are more intensive.

-Once delivery is complete, the shipper will provide us with pictures of the delivered items.

Deliveries are made Monday - Sunday, 8am-11pm, starting at $139.

Your delivery will be confirmed by Monday the week of delivery and you will be given a 3 hour delivery window*.

Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 years or older) there to accept and sign for delivery.

Delivery includes taking the furniture to the room of choice at one address (some furniture may require an extra set up fee, optional).

Prior to scheduling delivery, home must be complete: closings, construction and/or remodeling, as well as a driveway that is passable.

Our Service Technicians are restricted from moving any electronic equipment or existing furniture already in the home. If you need your existing furniture moved this MUST be done prior to our delivery team arriving. No exceptions.

We cannot take appointments or requests. The 3 hour time frame is based on the most efficient routing metrics*.

We place all furniture just inside the garage, carport, or driveway of your house, apartment, or condo building.

*see associate for full details. Customer Pickup: Pick up is available at our Dallas Ga Warehouse behind our showroom. You must come by the showroom prior to pickup to gather documents to take to the warehouse. Standard warehouse hours are Monday - Friday by appointment only and Saturdays 10am -3pm. If you need to pickup at a later time, please call the store to make arrangements at 678-402-1190. We will load the furniture in its carton. We do not assemble furniture that is picked up. If you want the furniture assembled you may want to have it delivered.

If you receive your furniture and discover defects or damage, we will send a certified technician out to repair the furniture or the manufacturer may offer a discount to keep it. If picked up, it will be your responsibility to transport damaged merchandise back to the store or pay a delivery charge, no exceptions.

Shipping From Manufacturer Information:

WE HAVE TONS OF ITEMS IN STOCK NOW OR AVAILABLE FOR QUICK DELIVERY. For specail order items, Arrival depends on manufacturer’s current inventory availability. As soon as your product arrives at our warehouse we will contact you to schedule a delivery/pickup date. If you have selected to pick up your order we will notify you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

Person placing the order needs to be at least 18 years of age and will need to be present to sign for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

For in store purchases: All returns/exchanges must be approved by the store. It is our Policy that approved items must be returned within 10 days of delivery/pickup for a refund of the purchase price, less any delivery fee (Not Refundable), re-delivery fee and/or return merchandise pick up fee and a minimum of 25% RESTOCKING/CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED. For online and in store orders: special order items are non refundable, no returns. Very info such as product sizing/specs/dimensions before ordering. Products in question must be in new condition and a purchase receipt must be provided before the merchandise can be returned/exchanged. Returns/exchanges but be approved by the store prior to return/exchange. Returns are to be handled by the customer, including transportation. Refunds will be issued to the card used at the time of purchase. No cash refunds. Please allow 2 to 10 business days for credit card returns to process.

Accessories, Bedding, Mattresses (After opened). Lamps, and pictures are Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable. Extended Warranties/protection plans are Non-Refundable. Delivery and Service Charges are Non-Refundable.

Delivery service does NOT include removal of current items. Delivery service will not move or be responsible for moving any current items in the path of delivery. Path and space must be cleared prior to delivery or delivery may be rescheduled and another fee charged.

If you receive your furniture and discover defects or damage, we will send a manufacturer certified technician out to repair the furniture, provide parts to fix the issue, or the manufacturer may offer a discount. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery of any issue. Call the store for assistance with issues.

Digital Gift Card Policy

Our digital gift cards are designed for ease and flexibility in your shopping experience.

Usage : Digital gift cards can be used for purchases on our website only. They are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents.

Redemption : To redeem a digital gift card, enter the unique code at checkout. The card’s value will be applied to your order total.

Balance : The balance of the gift card can be checked anytime by contacting customer support.

Expiration : Gift cards remain valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

Lost or Stolen Cards : We are not responsible for lost or stolen digital gift cards. Treat them as cash.

Refunds : Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
