Refund policy Return Policy Returning with iHeartRaves is a breeze! General Return Policy You have 30 days from the purchase date to return items for store credit, which doesn't expire. Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your items. If the return is not our fault (e.g., you changed your mind), the cost of the prepaid shipping label ($7.99) will be deducted from your store credit.
