All orders shipping outside of 48 Mainland United States are subject to shippping costs. We will notify the customner of the shipping cost and the customer has the option to consent to the shipment or request a full refund.

Merchandise may be returned to Little Folks NYC within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for returns, please note the following criteria:

Purchased within 30 days

Item must be NEW and UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it

Remains in original packaging

Must have original receipt

Must not be a gift card

Please note:

Returned merchandise will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling charges on your original order are not refundable, unless there was a shipping error on our part.

All returned items shipped under our "FREE SHIPPING" offer will be credited less the original shipping charges and restocking fee.

Items should be packed properly to ensure that they are adequately protected during transit back to us.

Refused Shipments:

Refused shipments will be credited less the original shipping charges and restocking fee.

Late Returns:

Any item that is to be returned more than 30 days after delivery requires prior authorization and is subject to additional restocking fees.

Exchanges:

There will be no restocking fee on exchanged merchandise. An additional shipping charge may apply.

Damaged Products:

Merchandise received in error or damaged in shipping should be reported to us right away at 800-675-9669. We will make every effort to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Not following this procedure may cause delays and prompt fees.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the purchaser will be notified of the return and refunded for the purchase.

Return Shipping:

Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of returned items. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds:
