We ship with Australia Post eParcel, you will receive email/text updates on your parcels progress as well as a reminder the day your parcel is due to arrive. It will also require a signature on delivery. Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: All orders shipped to Germany containing food products/ supplements will be cancelled as they are at a high risk for being denied by German Customs.

Please be mindful that Australia is a remote country and therefore shipping charges are high for us. We absorb some of those shipping costs for your order to try and reduce the shipping fee.

Shipping times are only an estimate based on what country we are shipping to. The Wholesome Store takes no responsibility if actual shipping time differs from that stated. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE NOTE, YOUR TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED VIA EMAIL CAN BE USED WITH YOUR LOCAL CARRIER (e.g. Deutsche Post). Local carriers will have more accurate shipping information and should be used where possible. It is the customers responsibility to track your order and The Wholesome Store will not be responsible for any parcels that are returned to sender due to being unclaimed.

RETURN TO SENDER

The Wholesome Store does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If the parcel is returned to us, the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you accidentally provided the wrong address please email us immediately at help@thewholesome.store

If your parcel has already been shipped we can try to redirect it with Australia Post, however that isn't always an option. If we are unable to do so the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense.

IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES

Please note The Wholesome Store does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. The Wholesome Store does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. The Wholesome Store is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

Change of mind returns:

Something not quite the right size or fit? You can return it for a refund provided:

•You have emailed help@thewholesome.store to apply for a refund.

•It has been less than 14 days since it was delivered.

•It is unworn, unwashed, free from stains and scents (e.g perfume) and still has its tags/in it’s original packaging (our team inspects each piece upon its arrival to our warehouse and if it does not meet this criteria you will not be refunded).

•Swimwear must still have the hygiene sticker in place.

Items that may not be returned:

•Sale items or items purchased during sale periods such as our EOFY sale and Black Friday sale.

•Gift cards

•Perishable items (e.g food, supplements and skincare)

•Earrings

Customers are responsible for any returns costs and are therefore responsible if a return is lost or stolen while in transit. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The original shipping costs are not refundable, if you received FREE shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of being received. The refund will be to your original payment method and you will get an email notification once it is completed.

Exchanges:

If you are wanting to exchange an item please email help@thewholesome.store

You can exchange your item provided:

•It has been less than 14 days since it was delivered.

•It is unworn, unwashed, free from stains and scents (e.g perfume) and still has its tags/in it’s original packaging

•Swimwear must still have the hygiene sticker in place.

•It is not a sale item as sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

*We cannot guarantee that we will have the size/style you want.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items to us, we do not provide returns labels.

Faults

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email our customer service team at help@thewholesome.store including photos of the item.

We do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear.
