How do I return?
Dreamroo accepts returns of unused, unopened, undisturbed products for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery date. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided.
Can I make a revision to my order?
If you made an error when placing your order, please contact support@dreamroo.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. Note: once an order has been fully processed, we cannot make a revision.
Where is my order?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, in transit times can vary between 5-7 business days. Be on the lookout for your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
