Shipping Carriers & Services

U.S Orders: Shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA . Most are sent via USPS 1st Class, USPS Priority, or FedEx Ground. Unless specified, our system will automatically choose a carrier when your order is processed depends on the size/weight of your order.

International Orders: All orders are shipped from the US. Our system will automatically choose the fastest and cheapest standard service available. International orders are sent via a wide variety of carriers, and prior to shipping an order, we cannot guarantee which shipping service or warehouse will be used.

Customs & Duties

Giggles LA is not responsible for any customs, duties or import fees associated with receiving your order Customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Backorders & Preorders

If your order contains an item that is on pre-order or backorder, it may not ship right away or it may be automatically split into multiple shipments.

Why Charge For International Shipping?

We'd love to offer free shipping to everybody. We'd also love to offer shipping discounts to international customers who place big orders, but international shipping is much more costly.

We want you to love everything you purchase from Giggles LA. If something doesn’t work out, we make returns easy while maintaining our standards for product integrity and boutique service.

🛍️ Returns for In-Store & Online Purchases

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Returns will be issued as store credit only, valid for 1 year.

Items purchased from the Sale section are final sale and not eligible for return.

📦 Online Returns – How It Works

1. Start Your Return

Please email us at hello@gigglesla.com within 30 days of delivery to begin the return process.

2. Prepare Your Return

An item is eligible for return if it is:

Unworn

Unwashed

Free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

In its original packaging with all tags attached

Include a note inside your return package with your order number and name. No return form is needed.

3. Shipping Your Return

Packages must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method.

Items returned after 7 days (but within 30 days) will be issued store credit.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable service, as Giggles LA is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.

4. Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed after we receive it.

Refunds (when applicable) take 1–3 business days to appear on your original payment method.

💸 High-Value Returns & Restocking

Returns over $250 will be issued as store credit only, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted.

🎁 Gift Returns

Received a gift from Giggles LA?You may return it for store credit. Please include a note stating it’s a gift return, along with the buyer’s name, order number (if known), and your name + email address.We will not contact the gift giver — the info simply helps us locate the order.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:
