We usually prepare and deliver your order within 24 hours 🚀.In very rare cases (such as peak demand or exceptional circumstances), delivery may take up to the next day, but always less than 48 hours.

International Orders 🌍International orders are processed within 2–6 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped .

Shipping Rates

Kuwait 🇰🇼: Flat delivery fee of 1.5 KD.

International 🌍: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight & destination.

Duties & TaxesSome countries may apply customs duties or VAT. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and not covered by KOOKNN.

All orders are shipped with DHL.

Please make sure your contact & address details are correct ✅.

If the details are incorrect, delivery may not be possible and the shipment may be destroyed.

Customers are responsible for following up with DHL if needed.

If an order is shipped but cannot be delivered, the shipment may be destroyed.
