We carefully package and ship every order with care. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as accepted, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

ScoopKraze is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate your package using the provided tracking number.

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. ScoopKraze is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package arrives with visible damage, please take photos of the package and its contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help determine the next steps.

Due to the personalized and mystery nature of our products, all sales are final. ScoopKraze, LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

•Disliking the mystery items, colors, styles, brands, or assortment received

•Duplicate items

•Preference requests that could not be fulfilled

•Changes of mind after an order has been placed

•Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

•Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
