We ship from San Diego through our authorized dealer and manufacturer network.
Processing: Most in-stock orders ship within 3 business days. Large freight items (bumpers, racks, wedges, campers) ship direct from the manufacturer and can take 1–4 weeks depending on build time and availability. If an item is on backorder, we'll give you the expected timing as soon as the distributor confirms it.
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Items ship from the manufacturer or the warehouse nearest you.
Tracking: Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number — allow a little time after the carrier scans it in for updates to begin.
Address changes: Email us before the order ships and we'll update it. Once shipped, we can't change the destination.

Returns from San Diego Overlanding
We want you happy with your gear. If something doesn't fit or isn't what you expected, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll help.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging, and must not have been installed — once a part has been mounted, or a camper or vehicle system has been used, it can no longer be returned.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer. The only exception: if we shipped the wrong item, we'll cover the return shipping and make it right.
Special-order and made-to-order items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for defects, per that manufacturer's terms.
Damaged in transit: Inspect your delivery before signing. For freight, note any damage on the delivery receipt (BOL) before signing and refuse badly damaged shipments. Shipping damage is resolved through a claim with the carrier — keep all packaging and photos, and we'll help you file with the shipping company — not as a store refund.
To start a return, email info@sandiegooverlanding.com with your order number. Refunds go to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
