FREE SHIPPING:

Most Orders over $79 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING - Free shipping applies to ground shipping only. Products eligible for free shipping will have a free shipping option at checkout. Please note that we ship all items with "no signature required" at delivery (with the exception of freight deliveries). If you would like a signature required at delivery, please request that in the notes section of the order (an additional charge of $5 will be added to the order for this service).

Oversized and Heavy orders that require freight shipping (Hydrocollators, tables, exercise equipment, etc) are typically not eligible for free shipping. Fixed shipping charges are for standard delivery.

SAME DAY SHIPPING:

Most orders placed before 1:00 pm ET will be shipped on the same business day. Most orders placed after 1:00 pm ET and on weekends and Holidays will be Shipped on the Next Business Day. If there is a delay longer than 3 Business days or if we are unable to ship an expedited order, we will do our best to contact you by email or phone.

WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS:

If it is imperative that you receive an item by a specific date, choose Next Business Day Shipping at Checkout or Call for additional options. Orders placed online on Friday (after the shipping cutoff) and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday via the shipping option chosen at checkout.

FEDEX NEXT-DAY SERVICE SATURDAY DELIVERY:

FedEx Overnight and 2nd Day Air does NOT include Saturday Delivery. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday, excluding certain Holidays. 2nd Day Air orders placed on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.

If you require FedEx Saturday delivery - Please Call to Place your Order with a Customer Service Representative. Not All Items and Locations are available for Saturday Delivery. In addition to the Next Day Air shipping fees, an additional $15-$20 will be charged if Saturday delivery is required.

OVERSIZED AND OVERWEIGHT ITEMS:

Some Items, such as treatment tables, require special freight shipping. Freight charges are calculated on an individual basis. Residential Delivery, White Glove Service, or Delivery inside a building are typically an extra cost. When it comes to personal health and rehabilitation, a product may function exactly as designed and work effectively for many patients. However, individual results will vary. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a warranty or guarantee that a particular product will treat your condition or relieve your symptoms. Exchange Policy:

Most items are eligible for exchange if the incorrect size or item was ordered (unless the item falls into a non-returnable category - see below). All items must be in NEW condition to be exchanged. Exchanges may incur an additional exchange fee to cover the costs of shipping. Please email sales@sourceortho.com to obtain an Exchange Authorization. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. If you have any further questions, please get in touch with our customer support team by phone during our regular business hours.

Return Policy:

**Returns are accepted on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee ($5 minimum restocking fee per order). The initial shipping fees are non-refundable. All returned items must be returned in new, unworn condition, with all packaging and instructions included.

Please email sales@sourceortho.com to obtain a Return Authorization. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The customer must ship back returns. If you would like a return shipping label, please request that when requesting the RA#. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund. You may ship the item back yourself, provided you obtain a tracking number. SourceOrtho will not be responsible for lost return packages unless a tracking number is provided.

Please do not refuse delivery of your order. Refunds will not be issued for shipments that are refused.

To ensure that returns and refunds are processed correctly, each return must have an RA# written on the packing slip inside the box. DO NOT WRITE RA #s on the product boxes. A refund will not be issued if an RA# is written so that the item's packaging is defaced.

PLEASE EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA#). RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED or REFUNDED.

We reserve the right to limit multiple requests for warranty replacement on products that are deemed damaged by customer misuse, abuse, or failure to properly maintain the equipment to the manufacturer's specifications.
