All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) [also excluding any backordered, pre-order, and built-to-order products] after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for shipping our orders.

For security purposes, we are unable to facilitate requests to change the shipping address for an order after it has been placed.

In-store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the SVA Campus Store. Our in-store pickup hours are currently 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you drop by.

International Shipping

The SVA Campus Store does not currently offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at store@sva.edu with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, Damages, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at store@sva.edu with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

New, unopened merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the product.

This excludes laptops/desktops/iPads, which may be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product, unopened, and with the manufacturer seal intact.

Custom ordered computers or iPad are considered final sale and not returnable.

All software is considered final sale and not returnable.

No refunds on clothing, exchanges, or store credit only.

All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in new condition. Include the original packaging (box, foam, plastic wrappings, etc.), warranties/instructions/accessories, with the manufacturer seal intact and accompanied by the original sales receipt.

SVA Campus Store may refuse a refund/exchange or assess a charge for used/incomplete merchandise returned/exchanged. An open box fee equal to 20% of the purchase price will be charged for any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item.

Defective returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product. After 7 days, all defective item issues should be resolved with the manufacturer.

Purchaser acknowledges that equipment purchased is not intended for resale. All warranties and service obligations of SVA Campus Store are voided if resold for commercial gain.

Returns must be initiated first by emailing store@sva.edu and obtaining Return Authorization before returning merchandise. All shipping costs relating to the return/exchange are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please Note: All iPods & other Apple accessories including headphones, cables, keyboards, mouse, power adapter, battery, and storage media are covered by manufacturer warranty. These items are considered a final sale at the time of purchase. They may be returned for store credit only if the manufacturer’s seal is intact and within 15 days of purchase.
