Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or free resend, your item must fall under one of the following categories:

•There have been no delivery updates for a long time.

•If your return is approved, we will notify you by email and initiate your refund. Please note that refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process. The refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment automatically.

However, please note that there are certain situations where a refund or free resend may not be possible. We cannot offer a refund or free resend if:

•The address provided was incomplete or incorrect, and the parcel was unable to be delivered as a result.
