What countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping, ensuring that our products reach customers all around the globe. We primarily use standard 4PX shipping services for most countries. However, for countries without 4PX services, we utilize EMS shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Under normal circumstances, we aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery times vary based on the region and typically range from 5-20 working days.

How do I track my package?

Once your order's tracking number is uploaded to our system, you will receive a notification email. You can easily track your package's progress on our website using the provided tracking number.

Can I change the delivery address of my package?

If you need to change the delivery address, please reach out to our customer support team at support@abxylute.com immediately. We will assist you in updating the address before the item is shipped. Please note that once the item has been shipped, any address changes must be coordinated directly with the logistics carrier.

What do I need to do if I receive a different product than what I ordered?

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please take a photo of the item and keep the original packaging. Contact our customer support team at support@abxylute.com , and we will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

What about duty taxes?

Please note that our prices do not include shipping fees or any applicable taxes. Customers, especially those in EU countries, are responsible for paying any required taxes. In the United States, packages over USD$800 may be subject to taxes. Tax regulations in other countries will be determined by their respective local policies. Please be aware that if you refuse to pay the taxes and the device is returned, a refund for the fees will not be issued.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

The product has no manufacturing defect - You may return the product if it has not been activated and is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging . In this case, please note that the buyer bears returning shipping costs and a transaction fee if you apply for the refund (~4.6% for credit card users)

The product has a manufacturing defect or sustained substantial damage in transit - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, abxylute will bear the returning shipping cost and refund the cost of the product, or replace it with a new product.

Return & Replacement Service will not be provided where:

It is requested beyond 15 calendar days of receiving a product.

A product sent to abxylute for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.

A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

Any fault or damage to the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.

Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.

A product is not delivered to abxylute within 15 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from abxylute.

How do I return an item?

Please reach out to abxylute customer support support@abxylute.com to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.

abxylute support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to abxylute with the following information:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty claim

abxylute products are entitled to a 1-year warranty service, starting the date when the product is received. We provide a 1-year warranty service for global customers for non-personal damage and hardware problems.

Warranty Claiming Process:

The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase and product problem description proof to email support@abxylute.com to receive product support, or repair/replacement instruction.

For product damage caused by customers, you can still contact us through: support@abxylute.com, and we will provide you with further assistance. However, customers may need to bear related costs such as freight and spare parts.
