Where is my order?

VIA EMAIL: You will receive a confirmation email plus a second email with tracking information and link to track your order in real-time.

VIA YOUR ACCOUNT: Login to your Lime Lush account and select “View Order Status,” then “View Order Details.” Your tracking information will be at the bottom of the page.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed before 9am MT are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends and/or nationally observed US holidays.

We make every attempt to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. However, due to the high volume during peak holiday seasons and storewide sales, orders may take 2 to 4 business days for processing.

Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on fulfilling it right away, so we are unable to accept changes to an order once it's been placed.

How will my package be shipped?

We use UPS, USPS, and DHL for domestic Standard Shipping. Next Day and 2nd Day Air Saver orders are shipped and delivered by UPS.

To find out which carrier was used, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping email.

What are my shipping options if I live outside of the U.S.?

We offer shipping to international addresses via UPS. Free Standard Shipping is not available on international orders.

My tracking says that my order is being returned to the sender. What can I do?

If your tracking shows that your order was undeliverable and is being returned to us, we can resend your order to the same or alternative shipping address with a second shipping fee. Please contact us if you need help.

My package is marked as “delivered” but I can’t find it.

Here’s what we suggest doing:

•Look for a notice of attempted delivery

•Ask your roommates or neighbors if they accepted your delivery

•Check again the end of the next day

•Contact the shipping carrier: USPS (1-800-222-1811), UPS (1-800-742-5877), or DHL (1-800-225-5345)

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return any product within 10 days from receipt of your order from your delivery date to ship back to us for a refund to your original payment method, minus the shipping cost of $7.95.

If you were unable to return your order within the 10 days, don't worry! We offer returns for store credit within 30 days from your order date and as an added bonus to you, if your order exceeds $100 in value we'll cover the $7.95 shipping cost!

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

•Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned

•Personal items such as adhesive bras, bodysuits, earrings, swimsuits, etc. cannot be returned

•Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

•Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

•At this time we do not offer exchanges

*Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it. You can still shop while you wait on your refund to be issued. Refunds and in-store credit will be issued net of return costs when applicable. Unapproved items will be returned at your expense.
