All baits are custom-made. Production time includes pouring, curing, trimming, and packaging.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

After production is complete, orders ship using carriers such as:

1. General Return Policy

Because our baits are custom-made and often produced to order, most purchases are considered final once production begins.

However, we allow returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible situations, as long as the items are:

In original condition

Packaged properly for return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not started .Once we begin pouring your baits, the order cannot be canceled.

5. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but missing:

Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early).

Check with neighbors or household members.

Contact your local post office.

If still missing after 48 hours, contact us for assistance.We will help file a claim or determine the next steps.
