•APO/FPO addresses are eligible for package delivery by the US Postal Service

When Will My Order Ship?

Your Estimated Delivery Date will be given during checkout and is based on the products selected, shipping address, and shipping method. This timeframe includes both processing time and the time your item is in transit. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer many fast and convenient ways to get you your items purchased online including small-item shipping methods, large-item shipping methods, in-store pick up and gift cards. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Small Item Shipping Methods and Transit Time:

Small items include products like apparel and footwear. Three shipping methods are available:

•Standard shipping, 2-5 business days

•Expedited shipping, 2 business days

•Express shipping, 1 business day

Please Note: Your order must be received prior to 2:00 p.m. EST, or it will not be processed until the next business day. Expedited shipping is available for select products. You can view complete shipping options for your product in your shopping cart. The estimated delivery date for your order will be provided on the order review page prior to completing the order. If there is a delay with your order, we will be in contact with you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Steamboat Dry Goods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

EU Orders — Duties & Taxes Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. There is a 5% restocking fee for returns on non-sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags (NOT MOVED), and in its original packaging. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as food, drink mixes, candy, wine, beer, or sale items.

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, colognes, parfums, lotion, soaps, nail polish, body washes, etc).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will send you a shipping label for download and to print.

European Union

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [your email] before the 14-day period expires. We will refund the full order amount, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
