CheapRV will accept returns for up to 30 days after shipping.

When you return something that hasn't been used and is still in its original packaging, you won't have to pay a restocking fee.

•The customer must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending items back. Please email us to request an RMA at deals@cheaprv.com .

•The RMA and return instructions will be sent out up to three (3) business days after the request.

•You can't get your money back for shipping costs. Even for items that were shipped for free. The cost of shipping will be taken out of the refund.

•The cost of return labels that have already been paid for will be taken out of the refund.

•Products that are being returned must be brand new and show no signs of use. They must also be in their original packaging with all tags, stickers, and labels still attached.

•If a package is returned without the original packaging or if it is not sealed, a processing fee of up to 20% will be added to the return.

•All returns are checked before they are processed. After your return has been delivered, the inspection period can last up to seven (7) business days.

•If the return is because the product is broken or because we made a mistake, we will send you a label for the return that is already paid for. In any other case, the customer will pay for the cost of shipping the item back.

•There will be a 20% processing fee for any returns that were sent to the wrong address or were refused.

•All refunds will go back to the same payment method that was used to buy the item in the first place. If the original payment method can't be used, the return will be turned into store credit.

Non-Returnable Products:Our return policy does not apply to the following products. These products/orders are ineligible for return, refund, or exchange.

•Items that can be registered such as boats, EPIRB, PLBs, SPOT, Class B AIS, and life rafts

No Exchange Policy:We do not take back orders or exchange items. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order when it's convenient for you. Putting in the new order now just makes sure that you'll get it quickly and that it won't sell out.

Return Policy Abuse: CheapRV has the right to refuse service to anyone it thinks is taking advantage of any of its return policies.

Defective Products: If the manufacturer thinks it's necessary, defective items will come with a label and instructions for how to send them back. The customer must get technical support from the manufacturer to confirm that the product is broken and that a replacement is needed. Please give the name of the technician, the serial number, and more information about the problem. Non-Defective Returns: Products that aren't broken but still qualify can be sent back for a full refund (minus any paid shipping). If you want to return something that isn't broken, it must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We won't take back items that have been installed or used, are missing parts or packaging, don't have a receipt or UPS code, or have serial numbers that don't match what we have on file. If the item isn't broken, the customer has to pay for all return shipping costs. It is a good idea to buy shipping insurance for valuable items. CheapRV is not responsible for any lost or broken packages that are sent back.

General - Cancellations, Shipping Damage, Missing Packages or Shipment Refusals: All online orders are filled right away and can't be changed or canceled. Before you can return the order for a refund, you will have to wait until you get it. All claims about damaged items during shipping, wrong or missing items, or not getting goods must be made within seven (7) days of your order being delivered. Any fees that come with a refunded shipment are the customer's responsibility. This includes carrier fees and freight shipping fees. CheapRV has the right to refuse returns that are sent COD (cash on delivery) without a return authorization, show signs of installation or use, are missing parts or packaging, don't have a proof of purchase or UPS code, or have serial numbers that don't match what we have on file. If you don't meet any of the above requirements, CheapRV can refuse the return/exchange or make you meet different or more requirements.
