TYPICAL PROCESSING AND TRANSIT TIMES

Standard

We process orders within 1-4 business days, depending on order volume. Transit time ranges from 5-10 business days and is based on the ship to location. We only offer expedited shipping (not standard) to HI and AK.

2-Day and Overnight

Shipping cut off time for express shipping is 12pm EST Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day. Processing times, transit times and delivery exclude Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

***Note: once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled or edited. Huk cannot be held responsible for delivery issues, including, but not limited to delivery to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or delays by 3 rd party shipping companies, postal depots or freight forwarders. Standard Return Policy

Please note: we cannot currently accept international returns.

We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in original, salable condition, unworn with tags attached, and for footwear with the original box in new condition. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective or damaged. Undergarments and face Gaiters cannot be returned.

Simply visit our returns portal to start the process. You will need to provide your order number and shipping zip code and then simply go through the returns process to receive your pre-paid shipping label.

If returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped with their corresponding shipping label to expedite your returns process. Our returns processing is tied directly to the bar code on each shipping label. Therefore, returning items under a single label will cause significant processing delays.

When we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your refund. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Can I Process an Exchange or get Store Credit Instead of a Refund?

Yes! Choose the exchange or store credit option when in the returns portal.

What if I don't have my order number?

Your order number can be located in your order confirmation email, This information can also be found by going to Huk.com, logging into your account and viewing your order history. Alternatively, your order number can also be found in the subject line of your confirmation and shipping emails. It will begin with an "H" and followed by 7 digits.

When will I get credit for my return?

Received returns are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We work hard to ensure our gear is in excellent condition before it ships. However, if for any reason an item that was purchased from hukgear.com is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report it.

How Do I Return/Exchange An Item Bought From One of Our Retail Partners?
