Delivery timescales provided have an estimated arrival date. We can not guarantee the item will arrive within this timeframe as parcels are occasionally delayed especially during busy periods and after bank holidays.

Fight Co have a standard dispatch timeframe of 1 working day, we always try our best to get items shipped same-day but this is not always possible so a 1 working day dispatch time is our average timeframe. If an item is not in stock you will be informed by email within 24 hours of placing your order. It is therefore vital that when registering your details you provide a correct email address that you have regular access to and a valid contact number.

E-mail and telephone is our primary means of communication. Please ensure these details are left at the time of ordering.

Fight Co use various couriers for despatched goods like Royal Mail, My Hermes, Fedex and more. A signature will be required for some shipping services. If nobody is present at the time of delivery then the courier will leave a calling card so the item can be re-delivered or collected at the postal office. Occasionally the parcels will be left with a neighbour if convenient.

The delivery charge will vary based on the amount and weight of items ordered. Fight co offers Free delivery, this is only an economy delivery service, express services are also available at additional costs. See the guide below for postage costs to UK mainland only.

UK Postage

Fight Co offer FREE economy delivery with orders over £70 however this is only for orders within the UK

We use Royal Mail for our economy delivery service providing the delivery address is within the UK

Punch bags can only be delivered to mainland UK due to the weight of these items.

The standard delivery service used does not offer point-to-point tracking, this is tracking/signature on delivery service. Royal Mail will not email or text you a delivery date as this is a standard service by Royal Mail. The first scan the postman will make for you parcel is when they try and deliver the item. Until this point the item will not be recognised on the Royal Mail website.

International Postage

All international sales below 2kg and no larger than 90cm combined size will be sent with Royal Mail International Signed-for.

Items over 2kg and 90cm will be sent through an alternative courier.

All delivery charges from Fight Co are based on the weight of the goods.

Fight Co has the right to cancel and order. If an order has to be cancelled then a full refund will be processed

Any overseas customs fees and duty is paid by the customer, and any UK VAT will be removed from the cost of the goods.

Due to stock levels changing day to day and delays with couriers at the moment we are not providing exchanges, instead please send the unused item back for a refund, then you can order the size needed at your convenience without any delays.

The returned item will be refunded normally within 2-3 working days of arriving back at Fight Co.

Please return the item unused and in a resellable condition as per our returns policy. Please include a cover note or copy of your order invoice that shows your name and order number so the team can process the return without any delays. Returns will not be accepted for gum shields and groin guards due to health and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

If you need to be refunded, the refund will be made back to the card or Paypal account on which the initial payment was made. If an item has been purchased in a sale or promotion, you will only be refunded the price you have paid for the item. Fight Co return address is above.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

How to start a return or cancellation:

•If you have an account: visit https://account.fightco.co.uk and go to your Orders to submit a request.

•If you checked out with a phone number only: use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation.

Returning your items: Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the items within 14 days . Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds: We will refund the full price of the item(s) plus the cost of standard outbound delivery. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of return, whichever is earlier).

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless otherwise stated.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items.
